Terms and Conditions
Pricing and Availability
All prices and specifications are subject to change without prior notice. All prices do not include GST, freight and insurance.
Payment Terms
• All sales are to be prepaid or C.O.D. by cash/certified cheque.
• Only company cheque (with preprinted company name) is accepted upon credit approval.
• No post-dated cheque unless otherwise stated.
• Personal and bank counter cheques will not be accepted.
• Returned cheque is subject to service charge of $35.00.
Shipping
• All shipments are F.O.B. at our warehouse in Markham, Ontario.
• Customers are responsible for insurance coverage and charge.
• Customers must report any shipping damages/loss to the courier company and notify the shipping department of Peripheral Express Inc.
immediately.
• All shipments will be shipped via ground service by a courier selected by Peripheral Express Inc.
Warranty
• Unless specified otherwise, all products are sold with one-year parts and labour (returned to Depot) warranty against defects in material
and workmanship.
• This warranty does not cover defects caused by misuse or physical damage via shipping or by the customer.
• There is no implied warranty that the products will fit any particular purpose.
• Peripheral Express Inc. will not, whether expressed or implied, be liable for any damages resulting from the use of our products.
• All warranty return is subject to the R.M.A. return policy.
R.M.A. Policies (Return of Merchandise Authorization)
Prior to shipping a product back to Peripheral Express Inc., a R.M.A. number must be obtained from our Customer Service Department
In order to process your R.M.A. promptly, all R.M.A. shipments must be PREPAID to our warehouse with the following:
• A copy of the original invoice or packing slip showing the serial number.
• A brief note describing the problem.
• All manuals, accessories and original packaging.
• The R.M.A. number clearly visible on the outside of the shipping box. (Note: Do not write the R.M.A. number on the product display box,
but rather, on the outside of a separate shipping box.)
In addition to the foregoing requirements, the following conditions will also apply:
• We require at least 48 hours to test returns.
• All R.M.A. shipments must be prepaid, collect shipment will be refused.
• We will pay the cost of returning the repaired/replaced R.M.A. goods to you.
• Improper packaging, physical damage, defacing of the product or alteration of serial numbers will void all warranties.
• Any goods returned for warranty that are found to be non-defective (or damaged as a result of misuse-including static discharge) will be
shipped back to the customer collect.
Return for Credit
• Return will be accepted within 21 days of purchase and are only accepted when in “NEW” resaleable condition with original boxes
unmarked and subject to re-stocking charge. A re-stocking charge of 15% will apply based on the item’s purchase price. All returns for
credit are to be applied on future purchases.
• No refund cheque will be issued.
• All return for credit is subject to the same R.M.A. policy as outlined in this document.
• Peripheral Express Inc. reserves the right to refuse any request to issue credit for returned product.
Dead on Arrival (DOA)
• DOA products must be reported to Peripheral Express Inc. within 48 hours of receipt of goods.
• DOA return is subject to the R.M.A. policies outlined in this document.
Service Charges
Hourly Labour Rate: $50.00/hour, minimum 1/2 hour Business Hours
Non-defective Items: $15.00 - $45.00 handling fee per item Monday thru Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Non-Peripheral Express Inc. Product: $20.00 handling fee R.M.A. by Fax: Anytime
Refused Shipment: Shipping cost plus $20.00

By providing a R.M.A. number, we do not guarantee that you will receive warranty service replacement or that credit will be approved.
Peripheral Express Inc. reserves the right to refuse any request to issue R.M.A. number.
